Hear your part before rehearsal
Photograph the part on your stand. ScoreLens reads it and plays it back on your instrument's sound, at the tempo you choose. Loop the bars you keep missing, then play along.

Questions
Is there an app that plays my part from a photo?
Yes. Photograph the printed part and ScoreLens reads the notes and plays them back, with a cursor that follows the music. It reads one line on one staff: band, orchestra, church and choir parts.
Will it sound like my instrument?
It plays with a sampled sound for your instrument: flute, clarinet, alto or tenor sax, trumpet, horn, trombone, violin, viola, cello or guitar. Voice parts play on a piano. It is not a recording of a player, but the notes and rhythm are there at any tempo.
My part is for B-flat clarinet. Will it play at the right pitch?
Yes. Tell ScoreLens the page is written for B♭ clarinet, and it plays the pitch that actually sounds, the same as the band. The same works for B♭ trumpet, E♭ alto sax and F horn.
The page has several parts on it. Can I hear only mine?
If each staff is a single line, as in a string quartet, yes: play your part alone, louder than the others, or leave it out and play it yourself against the rest.
Can it read a choir score or a hymnal?
A single vocal line, yes. Two voices sharing a staff, as in most hymnals and SATB scores, no: ScoreLens reads one line per staff.
How long does it take?
Reading a page usually takes 15 to 40 seconds. Then it plays at once, as often as you like.
Is it free?
It's free to try, with full playback, tempo and key. Pro unlocks unlimited pages: $39.99 a year with a 14-day free trial, or $89.99 once.
